Agreement Overview
This Retainer Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between {{company_name}} (hereinafter "Service Provider") and {{client_name}} (hereinafter "Client").
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will provide ongoing services to the Client.
