This letter is to formally confirm the termination of your employment with {{company_name}}, effective {{termination_date}}. While this decision was difficult, we wish to express our appreciation for your contributions during your tenure with the company.

In recognition of your service, we are pleased to offer you the following severance package, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this letter.

Severance Pay
