Severance Agreement and Release
Introduction
Dear {{employee_name}},
This letter serves to confirm the termination of your employment with {{company_name}} (the “Company”), effective {{termination_date}} (the “Termination Date”). We appreciate your contributions to the Company during your tenure as {{employee_position}}.
Severance Package
In exchange for your agreement to the terms outlined in this letter, the Company will provide you with the following severance package:

Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement
You acknowledge and agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Company proprietary and confidential information. Furthermore, you agree not to disparage the Company, its employees, or its products/services, in any manner whatsoever.
Release of Claims
By signing this letter, you agree to release and forever discharge the Company, its predecessors, successors, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, known or unknown, that you may have arising out of or relating to your employment or the termination of your employment with the Company.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.
