Agreement Details

Mutual Termination

Release and Discharge
In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein, the Company and the Other Party, for themselves and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns, do hereby release and forever discharge the other party from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, debts, sums of money, accounts, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, damages, and liabilities whatsoever, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, matured or unmatured, suspected or unsuspected, in law or equity, which either party ever had, now has, or hereafter can, shall, or may have against the other party arising out of or in connection with the Original Agreement, from the beginning of time up to the Effective Date.
Outstanding Obligations and Settlement
Notwithstanding the foregoing release, the parties agree to the following settlement concerning any outstanding obligations:
