Co-Ownership Agreement

This Co-Ownership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and among the following parties:

Party 1: {{party_1_name}}, with a physical address at {{party_1_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'Co-Owner 1')

Party 2: {{party_2_name}}, with a physical address at {{party_2_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'Co-Owner 2')

(Collectively referred to as 'Co-Owners' and individually as 'Co-Owner').

Recitals

WHEREAS, the Co-Owners desire to jointly own and operate {{description_of_asset_or_business}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Co-Owned Property/Business') located at {{address_of_co_owned_property_or_business}}.

WHEREAS, the Co-Owners wish to define their respective rights, obligations, and responsibilities concerning the Co-Owned Property/Business.

Ownership Interest

The Co-Owners shall hold the following ownership interests in the Co-Owned Property/Business:

Management and Decision-Making

All major decisions regarding the Co-Owned Property/Business shall require the unanimous consent of all Co-Owners.

Financial Contributions and Distributions

Transfer of Ownership Interest

In the event a Co-Owner desires to sell their ownership interest, they shall first offer it to the other Co-Owners at a fair market value to be determined by an independent appraisal.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Co-Owners.

If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the rules of the {{mediation_body}}.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the {{arbitration_body}}.

Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated by mutual written consent of all Co-Owners.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_or_state_of_governance}}.
