Confirmation of Purchase Agreement

This document serves as a formal confirmation of the Purchase Agreement entered into between:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{governing_law_country}}.

Entire Agreement
