DEED OF TRUST DONATION

This Deed of Trust Donation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Deed') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}

BETWEEN:

RECITALS

WHEREAS the Donor is desirous of making a donation to the Trust for the purposes hereinafter appearing.

AND WHEREAS the Trust is willing to accept such donation in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Deed.

DONATION

The Donor hereby donates, grants, and transfers to the Trust, free from any encumbrances, the following assets (hereinafter referred to as the 'Donated Assets'):

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Deed constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
