GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

To manage, lease, sell, or otherwise dispose of any real or personal property owned by me.

II. Business and Commercial Affairs

To conduct, manage, and transact all lawful business of whatever nature for me and in my name.

To enter into, perform, or terminate contracts or agreements on my behalf.

To collect, demand, sue for, recover, and receive all debts, dues, accounts, legacies, bequests, interests, dividends, annuities, and demands whatsoever which are now or shall hereafter become due, owing, payable, or belonging to me.

III. Legal and Litigation Matters

To commence, prosecute, defend, or discontinue any actions, suits, or other legal proceedings.

To sign, verify, and file any pleadings, affidavits, or other legal documents.

To settle, compromise, or arbitrate any disputes or claims.

IV. Personal and Household Affairs

To pay all my necessary expenses, including household bills, taxes, and insurance premiums.

To engage or dismiss domestic help, caretakers, or other service providers.

To make arrangements for my care, comfort, and maintenance, including medical decisions if applicable and permitted by law.

V. General Powers

To do and perform all and every act, deed, matter, and thing whatsoever in or about my estate, property, and affairs, and in or about my personal care and welfare, as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as I myself could do if personally present.

This Power of Attorney shall be effective from the date of signing and shall remain in full force and effect until such time as it is revoked by me in writing.

VI. Indemnity

I hereby agree to ratify and confirm all that my Agent shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this Power of Attorney. I indemnify my Agent against all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings arising out of the lawful exercise of the powers herein granted.

VII. Revocation

This Power of Attorney may be revoked by me at any time by giving written notice to my Agent.

VIII. Governing Law
