Engagement and Scope of Services

1.1 The Client hereby engages the Firm to provide legal services in connection with the matter described as: {{matter_description}}.

1.2 The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to: representing the Client in court proceedings, drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice related to the matter.

1.3 The Firm shall act diligently and competently in handling the Client's matter, upholding the highest professional standards.

Fees and Disbursements

Client Responsibilities

3.3 The Client acknowledges that legal proceedings can be unpredictable and that the Firm cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

Confidentiality

4.1 The Firm undertakes to keep all information provided by the Client strictly confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the Client's prior written consent, except where required by law or judicial order.

Termination of Agreement

5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing {{notice_period}} days' written notice to the other party.

5.2 Upon termination, the Client shall pay all outstanding fees and disbursements for services rendered up to the date of termination.

5.3 The Firm reserves the right to withdraw from representation if the Client fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to non-payment of fees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Entire Agreement
