Location Release Agreement

This Location Release Agreement ('Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{date}} by and between:

{{Production_Company_Name}}, with its principal place of business at {{Production_Company_Address}} ('Producer'), and

{{Location_Owner_Name}}, with its principal place of business at {{Location_Owner_Address}} ('Owner').

1. Grant of Rights

The Owner hereby grants to the Producer, its successors, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable right and permission to enter upon and use the property located at {{Location_Address}} ('the Property') for the purpose of filming, photographing, and recording audiovisual works and sound recordings (collectively, 'the Production'). This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to bring equipment, personnel, and temporary structures onto the Property and to make such alterations to the Property as may be reasonably necessary for the Production, provided that the Producer shall restore the Property to its original condition, fair wear and tear excepted, upon completion of the Production.

2. Term of Use

The Producer shall have access to the Property for the period commencing on {{Start_Date}} and ending on {{End_Date}} (the 'Term'). The specific dates and times of access within the Term shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

3. Compensation

In consideration for the rights granted herein, the Producer shall pay the Owner a fee of {{Amount}} ({{Currency}}) on or before {{Payment_Date}}. All payments shall be made in {{Currency}}.

4. Indemnification

The Producer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Producer's use of the Property, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Owner.

5. Insurance

The Producer shall obtain and maintain, at its own expense, comprehensive general liability insurance with limits of not less than {{Insurance_Amount}} ({{Currency}}) per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage, and shall name the Owner as an additional insured. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the Owner prior to the commencement of the Term.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{Country/State/Province}}, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
