Parties to the Modification

This Modification of Lease ("Modification") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

**Landlord:** {{landlord_name}}, with an address at {{landlord_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord").

**Tenant:** {{tenant_name}}, with an address at {{tenant_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant").

Landlord and Tenant are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties."

Recitals

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into a Lease Agreement dated {{original_lease_date}} (the "Original Lease") for the property located at {{property_address}} (the "Premises"); and

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend certain terms and conditions of the Original Lease as set forth herein.

Amendments to the Original Lease

The Original Lease is hereby amended as follows:

Clause {{original_clause_number_1}} of the Original Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Effect of Modification

Governing Law

This Modification shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

Entire Agreement
