1. Parties

This Option to Buy Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, By and Between: {{option_grantor_company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{option_grantor_jurisdiction}}, with its registered address at {{option_grantor_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"); AND {{option_holder_company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{option_holder_jurisdiction}}, with its registered address at {{option_holder_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the "Holder").

2. Grant of Option

The Grantor hereby grants to the Holder an exclusive option (the "Option") to purchase the following asset/property (the "Property"): {{property_description}} located at {{property_address}}.

The Option is granted for a period commencing on {{start_date}} and expiring at {{time}} on {{end_date}} (the "Option Period").

3. Option Price and Consideration

In consideration for the grant of this Option, the Holder shall pay a non-refundable option fee of {{option_fee_currency}} {{option_fee_amount}} to the Grantor upon the execution of this Agreement. 4. Exercise of Option

6. Default

Should the Holder fail to exercise the Option within the Option Period, this Agreement shall automatically terminate, and the Option Fee shall be retained by the Grantor.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8. Entire Agreement
