1. Parties to the Agreement
This Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{date_of_agreement}}
BETWEEN:

AND

2. Name and Nature of Business

3. Commencement Date

4. Duration of Partnership
The Partnership shall continue for an indefinite period unless dissolved earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
5. Capital Contributions

Further contributions may be agreed upon by the Partners in writing.

7. Management and Responsibilities

Major decisions affecting the Business shall require the mutual agreement of both Partners.
8. Bank Account

9. Confidentiality
Each Partner agrees to keep confidential all non-public information concerning the business, finances, and affairs of the Partnership.
10. Governing Law

11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Partners.
