RESIDENTIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Residential Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this {{date}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

**Service Provider:** {{company_name}}, a business duly registered under the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").

AND

**Client:** {{client_name}}, with a residential address at {{client_address}}, and contact number {{client_phone}} (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

Collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Provider agrees to perform the following residential services for the Client (hereinafter referred to as "Services") as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto:

Any additional services requested by the Client and agreed upon by the Provider shall be subject to a separate written agreement or amendment to this Agreement.

2. SERVICE SCHEDULE AND ACCESS

The Services shall be performed on a {{frequency_of_services}} basis, specifically on {{days_of_week}} between the hours of {{start_time}} and {{end_time}}, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by both Parties.

The Client agrees to provide the Provider with access to the premises at {{client_address}} during the scheduled service times. The Client shall ensure that the premises are safe and accessible for the provision of the Services.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay the Provider a total fee of {{total_fee}} ({{currency}}) for the Services, payable as follows:

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

The Client shall:

a. Provide accurate and complete information regarding the services required.

b. Ensure a safe working environment for the Provider’s personnel.

c. Secure all valuables and breakable items prior to service commencement.

d. Notify the Provider of any changes to the premises or service requirements at least {{notice_period}} days in advance.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue until {{end_date}} (if fixed term) or until terminated by either Party upon {{notice_period_days}} days written notice.

Either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other Party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within {{cure_period_days}} days of receiving written notice thereof.

6. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Provider shall take all reasonable care in the performance of the Services. However, the Provider shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s breach of this Agreement or negligence.

The total liability of the Provider under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the Services.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both Parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of this Agreement, including but not limited to financial details, client lists, and service methodologies.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Parties agree to submit to mediation in {{city}}, {{country}}, facilitated by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{country}}.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
