TERMS OF CONSIGNMENT

1. **Purpose:** The Consignee agrees to hold the aforementioned goods for sale on behalf of the Consignor in accordance with the terms herein.

2. **Ownership:** Ownership of the consigned goods shall remain with the Consignor until such goods are sold to a third party or otherwise directed by the Consignor.

3. **Sale Price:** The Consignee shall endeavour to sell the goods at a price not less than {{minimum_sale_price}} per item, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Consignor.

4. **Commission/Payment:** Upon successful sale of any consigned goods, the Consignee shall remit to the Consignor the amount of {{consignor_share_of_sale}} per item/percentage of sale price, minus an agreed commission of {{consignee_commission_percentage}}% or {{consignee_flat_fee}}.

5. **Reporting:** The Consignee agrees to provide the Consignor with a sales report no less frequently than {{reporting_frequency}} (e.g., weekly, monthly).

6. **Payment Remittance:** Payments for sold goods shall be remitted to the Consignor within {{payment_remittance_days}} days of the sale.

7. **Risk of Loss or Damage:** The Consignee shall be responsible for the safekeeping of the consigned goods and shall bear the risk of loss or damage from the date of receipt until returned to the Consignor or sold to a third party.

9. **Marketing and Display:** The Consignee agrees to display and market the consigned goods in a prominent and professional manner.
