Storage Agreement

This Storage Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

**The Storage Facility Provider:** {{storage_facility_provider_name}}, a company duly registered under the laws of [African Country], with its principal place of business at {{storage_facility_provider_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'Provider').

Collectively referred to as the 'Parties'.

1. Purpose of Agreement

The Storer desires to store certain goods (hereinafter referred to as 'Goods') at the Provider's storage facility located at {{storage_facility_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the 'Storage Facility'), and the Provider agrees to provide storage services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Description of Goods

The Goods to be stored are described as follows: {{description_of_goods}}. An itemised list of goods is attached as Schedule A. The Storer warrants that the Goods are not hazardous, illegal, or perishable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Provider.

3. Storage Period

The storage period shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{duration_in_months}} months/years, or until terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive periods of {{renewal_period}} unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least {{notice_period_days}} days prior to the end of the then-current term.

4. Storage Fees and Payment

The Storer shall pay the Provider a monthly storage fee of {{currency}} {{storage_fee_amount}} ({{storage_fee_amount_words}}) for the use of the Storage Facility. Payments shall be due on the {{due_date_of_month}} day of each month, commencing on {{first_payment_date}}.

Late payments will incur a penalty of {{late_payment_penalty_percentage}}% per month on the overdue amount. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be borne by the Storer.

The Provider reserves the right to increase storage fees by giving {{notice_period_days_fee_increase}} days' written notice to the Storer.

5. Access to Storage Facility

The Storer shall have access to the Storage Facility during the Provider's operating hours, which are from {{opening_time}} to {{closing_time}}, {{days_of_week}}. The Storer shall provide {{notice_period_hours}} hours' notice to the Provider for any access required outside of regular operating hours, subject to approval and additional charges.

6. Insurance

The Storer is responsible for insuring the Goods against all risks, including but not limited to loss, damage, or theft. The Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Goods unless caused by the Provider's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Storer agrees to provide proof of insurance to the Provider upon request.

7. Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing {{termination_notice_period_days}} days' written notice to the other Party. In the event of termination, the Storer shall remove all Goods from the Storage Facility by the termination date.

If the Storer fails to remove the Goods by the termination date, the Provider reserves the right to dispose of the Goods in a commercially reasonable manner and recover any outstanding fees and disposal costs from the Storer.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [African Country]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [African Country].
