Parties to the Agreement

This Transport Contract ('Agreement') is entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Scope of Services

Responsibilities of the Transporter

The Transporter shall:

d) Provide appropriate insurance coverage for the goods/passengers during transit, as specified in Section 8.

e) Notify the Client promptly of any foreseeable delays or incidents affecting the transport.

Responsibilities of the Client

The Client shall:

a) Provide accurate and complete information regarding the goods/passengers, including weight, dimensions, and any hazardous properties.

b) Ensure that goods are properly packaged and ready for collection.

c) Provide clear and accessible collection and delivery points.

d) Make timely payments as per Section 4.

e) Be responsible for necessary permits or licenses required for the goods being transported.

Insurance

The Transporter shall maintain the following insurance coverage:

The Client is advised to arrange any additional insurance coverage they deem necessary for their goods/passengers.

Liability

The Transporter shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by acts of God, force majeure, inherent vice of the goods, or acts or omissions of the Client.

Termination

In the event of a material breach of this Agreement by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice.

Governing Law

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by amicable negotiation between the parties.
