To deal in all forms of securities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment instruments, on my behalf, including buying, selling, and exchanging same.

To prepare, sign, and file federal, state, and local income, gift, and other tax returns, claims for refunds, requests for extensions of time to file returns or pay taxes, and all other tax-related documents, including consenting to any election or designation required or permitted under federal, state, or local tax law.
