Last Will and Testament - Married with No Children

I. DECLARATION

I, {{testator_full_name}}, currently residing at {{testator_address}}, being of sound mind and memory, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils made by me. My date of birth is {{testator_dob}}.

I am married to {{spouse_full_name}}, and I have no children, biological or adopted, nor do I expect to have any.

II. APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

I hereby appoint my spouse, {{spouse_full_name}}, as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If my spouse is unable or unwilling to serve, or ceases to serve for any reason, I appoint {{alternate_executor_full_name}} of {{alternate_executor_address}} as my Alternate Executor.

My Executor shall have full power and authority to manage, sell, and distribute my estate according to the terms of this Will, without the necessity of court order or bond, to the extent permitted by law.

III. PAYMENT OF DEBTS AND EXPENSES

I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of last illness, and all estate, inheritance, and succession taxes payable by reason of my death, out of the residue of my estate, as soon after my death as practicable.

IV. SPECIFIC BEQUESTS

I give, devise, and bequeath the following specific items of personal property to the individuals named:

If any named beneficiary predeceases me, their specific bequest shall lapse and become part of the residue of my estate.

VII. COMMON DISASTER CLAUSE

If my spouse and I die simultaneously or under circumstances which render it impossible to determine which of us survived the other, I direct that my spouse shall be deemed to have predeceased me for the purposes of this Will.

VIII. GOVERNING LAW
