LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, {{testator_full_name}}, residing at {{testator_address}}, State of {{state}}, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all prior Wills and Codicils made by me.

ARTICLE I: IDENTIFICATION

I am single and have no children, living or deceased. All references in this Will to 'my children' or 'my issue' are therefore inapplicable.

ARTICLE II: EXECUTOR

I hereby nominate and appoint {{executor_full_name}} of {{executor_address}} as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If {{executor_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to serve, or to continue to serve, as Executor, then I nominate and appoint {{alternate_executor_full_name}} of {{alternate_executor_address}} as the Alternate Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

My Executor shall have all powers granted by law to carry out the provisions of this Will, including the power to sell, lease, mortgage, or otherwise dispose of any property belonging to my estate, without court order or supervision.

ARTICLE III: PAYMENT OF DEBTS AND TAXES

I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of administration of my estate, and all estate, inheritance, and succession taxes that may be levied upon my estate or upon any interest passing under this Will, out of the residue of my estate, without apportionment.

ARTICLE IV: SPECIFIC BEQUESTS

I give, devise, and bequeath the following specific items of my property to the persons named:

b. To {{beneficiary_2_full_name}} of {{beneficiary_2_address}}, I give {{specific_bequest_2_description}}.

ARTICLE V: RESIDUARY ESTATE
