VOLUNTARY SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Voluntary Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of {{jurisdiction}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization");

AND

{{volunteer_name}}, an individual residing at {{volunteer_address}}, with identification number {{volunteer_id_number}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Volunteer").

Collectively referred to as "the Parties".

1. Purpose and Scope of Voluntary Service

The Volunteer agrees to provide voluntary services to the Organization for the purpose of {{purpose_of_service}}.

The specific tasks and responsibilities of the Volunteer shall include, but not be limited to: {{list_of_tasks_and_responsibilities}}.

The Volunteer understands and acknowledges that these services are provided without expectation of remuneration or any form of compensation.

2. Duration of Agreement

This Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue until {{end_date}}, or until terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of {{notice_period}} days to the other Party.

3. Voluntary Status and No Employment Relationship

The Volunteer acknowledges and agrees that their services are entirely voluntary and that this Agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or any other form of employment or agency relationship between the Parties.

The Volunteer shall not be entitled to any employee benefits, including but not limited to, salary, wages, insurance, leave, or severance pay.

4. Confidentiality

The Volunteer agrees to keep confidential all non-public information, data, and materials obtained during the course of their voluntary service with the Organization.

This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property, including but not limited to, works, inventions, or discoveries, created by the Volunteer in the course of providing voluntary services to the Organization and related to the Organization’s activities shall be the sole property of the Organization.

6. Indemnification

The Volunteer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Volunteer's actions or omissions during their voluntary service, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organization.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
