LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, {{testator_full_name}} (Identity Number: {{testator_id_number}}), residing at {{testator_address}}, in the province of {{testator_province}}, {{testator_country}}, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils previously made by me.

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

I nominate, constitute and appoint {{executor_full_name}} (Identity Number: {{executor_id_number}}), residing at {{executor_address}}, as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE

I direct that my Executor shall not be required to furnish security to the Master of the High Court for the due and proper administration of my estate.

My Executor shall have such powers, rights and authority as are allowed by law, including the power to sell, alienate, mortgage, pledge, or otherwise deal with any property forming part of my estate, without the consent of any beneficiary or interested party, and without the need for prior approval from any court.

BEQUESTS

I give, devise and bequeath the following specific assets:

I direct that all estate duties, transfer duties, and other expenses in connection with my estate shall be paid out of the capital of my estate before distribution.

Should any beneficiary under this Will challenge the validity of this Will or any provision hereof, or attempt to frustrate the administration of my estate hereunder, then such beneficiary shall forfeit any and all benefits provided for under this Will, and their share shall be distributed to the remaining beneficiaries proportionally.
