This Model Release and Permission to Use Photographs (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Grant of Rights

I, {{model_name}}, hereby irrevocably grant to {{photographer_name}}, their assigns, licensees, and successors (collectively, the "Authorized Parties"), the perpetual and worldwide right to photograph me and to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such photographs (the "Photographs") in any manner, medium, or format now existing or hereafter developed, including but not limited to, advertising, publicity, promotional materials, brochures, websites, social media, editorial content, and commercial products, without further compensation to me.

I understand and agree that the Photographs may be used in conjunction with my name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information, or without any attribution.

Waiver and Release

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products, the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith, or the eventual use to which it may be applied.

I release and discharge the Authorized Parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action whatsoever, whether now known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Photographs, including, without limitation, any claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of copyright or publicity rights.

Compensation

In consideration for the rights granted herein, the Model acknowledges receipt of good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. Model Representations and Warranties

The Model represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.

The Model further represents and warrants that they have not granted any rights to any third party that would conflict with the rights granted to the Photographer herein.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of [{{country}}], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, of the parties.
