LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty applies to products/services purchased from {{company_name}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') by the original end-user purchaser ('Customer').

1. Warranty Coverage

The Company warrants that the product/service will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of {{warranty_period}} from the date of purchase. This warranty covers {{specific_components_or_services}}.

2. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.

b. Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the Company.

c. Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of the Company or a Company Authorized Service Provider.

d. Products or parts that have been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of the Company.

e. Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

f. Normal wear and tear or aging of the product.

3. Remedies

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by the Company within the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its option, either (1) repair the product/service defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product/service with a product/service that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product/service. In the event of an exchange, the replacement product/service assumes the remaining warranty of the original product/service or {{replacement_warranty_period_if_different}} from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. When a product/service or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the Company's property.

4. Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, either in its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by the Company. Before receiving warranty service, the Company may require that you furnish proof of purchase details. Instructions for obtaining warranty service are available at {{warranty_service_link}} or by contacting {{customer_service_contact_info}}.

5. Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with the Company product, and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of information stored on the Company product. The foregoing limitation shall not apply to death or personal injury claims, or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or omissions.

6. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By accepting this product/service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.
