Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outbound Telemarketing & Sales Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, qualifying leads, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or databases.

Accurately describe product/service features and benefits to potential customers.

Identify and assess customers' needs to offer suitable products or services.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to close sales.

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in an outbound call center environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
