Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic areas. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting background checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according0020to policy and legal requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- {{years_experience}} years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in {{country_name}}.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with ATS software.

- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
