Job Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and support of IT services to ensure efficient and secure operations that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems.
2. Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software based on company standards and requirements.
3. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, and service provision.
4. Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are robust and continually optimized.
5. Manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and manage all IT-related procurement.
6. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving complex IT issues as escalated.
8. Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
9. Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Working Conditions
This position is primarily office-based, but may require occasional travel to remote sites or data centers. Some after-hours work may be necessary for system maintenance or emergency support. The IT Manager is expected to be on-call for critical incidents.
Remuneration
