Job Summary
The Product Management Associate will support the Product Management team in the development, launch, and ongoing management of products. This role involves assisting with market research, product roadmap development, user story creation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success and market fit within the Southern African context. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market opportunities and user needs.
Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Help define product requirements and user stories, working closely with design and development teams.
Participate in product launch activities, including developing marketing materials and training relevant teams.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and contribute to post-launch analysis and iteration.
Prepare reports and presentations on product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Maintain clear and concise product documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
