Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and closing of projects. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing project teams, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful project completion in line with organisational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans, including detailed timelines and budgets.
• Assemble and manage project teams, assigning individual responsibilities.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and track project deliverables.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
