Job Summary

The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal operational performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial viability. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and security.

Manage tenant relationships, including lease agreements, renewals, rent collection, and addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.

Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for property maintenance and improvement projects.

Implement and enforce property policies and procedures.

Market available properties and negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
