Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions, including listing and selling properties, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process. Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.

Conduct property showings and open houses, effectively highlighting property features and benefits.

Prepare and present competitive market analyses (CMAs) to clients.

Negotiate sales, purchase, and lease agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.

Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

Market and advertise properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.

Assist clients with all aspects of the real estate transaction, from initial inquiry to closing.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.

Adhere to all industry regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications
