Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

• Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.

• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport (if applicable).

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
