Job Summary
The Wholesale Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships within the wholesale market. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting non-technical products, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, understanding their business needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Proactively identify and pursue new wholesale accounts through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate non-technical products to potential and existing clients, highlighting features and benefits.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate sales terms and agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and service improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market information in the CRM system.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events as required.
Qualifications and Experience
