Job Summary:

The Sales Representative – Wholesale (Technical) is responsible for driving sales of technical products to wholesale clients. This role involves developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, providing technical product expertise, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our technical product range and the ability to articulate complex information to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the wholesale technical sector.

• Identify and engage with potential wholesale clients, presenting compelling arguments for our technical products and solutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for technical product needs.

• Provide comprehensive technical advice and support to clients, including product demonstrations, specifications, and troubleshooting.

• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual client requirements.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on product developments, new releases, and market trends.

• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries to the Sales Manager.

• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and relevant training sessions to enhance product knowledge and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a technical or wholesale environment.

• Strong understanding of technical products and relevant industry standards.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse technical backgrounds.

• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
