Job Summary

The School Principal is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the school, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all students. This includes overseeing academic programs, staff development, financial management, community relations, and compliance with educational policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. **Educational Leadership:** Develop and implement the school's vision and mission; oversee curriculum development and instructional practices; monitor student progress and achievement; promote a positive learning environment.
