Job Summary
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. This role will involve creating engaging content, analysing performance, and collaborating with various departments to ensure brand consistency and drive online engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) and ensure it is consistent with brand guidelines.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'Social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
Analyse social media performance using relevant metrics and tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to develop compelling campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimisation.
Train and mentor junior staff members on social media best practices where applicable.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum {{years_experience}} years).
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Working Conditions
