Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and identification of defects. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and communicate them to the development team.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in review meetings, providing input on testability of designs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues and provide recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
