Job Summary
The Team Assembler is responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling components or products according to specifications, contributing to the overall production goals. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other assembly instructions.
Assemble components or products using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Identify and report any defects or production issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with other production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good communication skills.

Working Conditions
