Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into compelling user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and technical constraints.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.

Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.

Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Experience designing for mobile and responsive web applications.
