Job Summary
The Videographer is responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content for various company initiatives, including marketing campaigns, internal communications, and events. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to produce engaging visual stories that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots from pre-production to post-production.
Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software.
Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and sound design to enhance video quality.
Manage and organize video files, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet objectives.
Stay updated with the latest video trends, technologies, and best practices.
Assist in maintaining video equipment and recommending upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
Solid understanding of lighting techniques, sound recording, and camera operation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with an ability to tell compelling stories through video.
Working Conditions
This position may require occasional travel to various shoot locations.
Ability to lift and carry video equipment may be necessary.
Work may sometimes involve irregular hours to accommodate shoots and project deadlines.
