DEED OF PLEDGE LOAN

This Deed of Pledge Loan (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}} (the “Effective Date”)

PARTIES

Between:

1. {{pledgor_name}}, a company/individual residing at {{pledgor_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Pledgor”)

AND

2. {{pledgee_name}}, a company/individual residing at {{pledgee_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Pledgee”)

(The Pledgor and the Pledgee hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.)

LOAN AMOUNT

The Pledgee agrees to lend to the Pledgor the principal sum of {{loan_amount}} ({{loan_amount_words}}) (hereinafter referred to as the “Loan Amount”).

INTEREST RATE

The Loan Amount shall bear interest at a rate of {{interest_rate}}% per annum, calculated daily and compounded monthly.

REPAYMENT TERMS

The Pledgor shall repay the Loan Amount, together with accrued interest, in {{number_of_instalments}} equal monthly instalments of {{instalment_amount}}, commencing on {{first_repayment_date}} and continuing on the same day of each subsequent month until the Loan Amount and all accrued interest are fully repaid.

PLEDGED ASSET

As security for the due and punctual repayment of the Loan Amount and all other obligations arising under this Agreement, the Pledgor hereby pledges and hypothecates to the Pledgee the following asset(s):

DEFAULT

Should the Pledgor default on any of their obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to the repayment of the Loan Amount or any instalment thereof, the Pledgee shall have the right to take possession of and realise the pledged asset to recover the outstanding Loan Amount and any associated costs.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{jurisdiction}}.
