GENERAL CONVEYANCE AGREEMENT: MOVEABLE & IMMOVEABLE PROPERTY
This General Conveyance Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Grantor is the lawful owner of certain moveable and immoveable properties as described herein; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor desires to convey, transfer, and assign all rights, title, and interest in and to the said properties to the Grantee; and
WHEREAS, the Grantee desires to accept such conveyance, transfer, and assignment from the Grantor under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is entered into freely and voluntarily, with full understanding of its terms and implications.
1. CONVEYANCE OF IMMOVEABLE PROPERTY
1.1. The Grantor hereby conveys, transfers, and assigns to the Grantee, all rights, title, and interest in and to the immoveable property (hereinafter referred to as "the Immoveable Property") described as follows:

1.2. The Grantor warrants that the Immoveable Property is free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, or claims whatsoever, save for those specifically disclosed in Schedule B attached hereto. Should any undisclosed encumbrances arise, the Grantor agrees to indemnify the Grantee fully.
1.3. The effective date of the transfer of ownership of the Immoveable Property shall be the date of registration of this Conveyance Agreement in the relevant Deeds Registry, or upon fulfilment of such other suspensive conditions as may be stipulated in an annexure hereto.
2. CONVEYANCE OF MOVEABLE PROPERTY
2.1. The Grantor hereby conveys, transfers, and assigns to the Grantee, all rights, title, and interest in and to the moveable properties (hereinafter referred to as "the Moveable Property") described as follows:

2.2. The Grantor warrants that the Moveable Property is free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, or claims whatsoever. Any undisclosed encumbrances will render the Grantor liable for full indemnification of the Grantee.
2.3. The effective date of transfer of ownership of the Moveable Property shall be {{moveable_property_transfer_date}} upon physical delivery to the Grantee, or as otherwise agreed between the Parties and documented in Schedule D.
3. CONSIDERATION
3.1. In consideration for the conveyance of the Immoveable and Moveable Property, the Grantee shall pay to the Grantor the aggregate sum of R{{total_consideration_amount}} ({{total_consideration_amount_words}} Rands) (hereinafter referred to as "the Purchase Price").
3.2. The Purchase Price shall be payable as follows:

4. WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITIES
4.1. The Grantor warrants that they have the full legal right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to convey the properties as specified herein.
4.2. The Grantor indemnifies the Grantee against any loss, damage, or liability arising from any breach of the warranties contained herein or any undisclosed defect or encumbrance on the properties.
4.3. The Grantee acknowledges that they have inspected the Moveable Property and are satisfied with its condition as at the date of this Agreement, transferring it voetstoots.
5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.
5.2. The Parties hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the {{court_name}} in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
6.1. ''Entire Agreement:'' This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with regard to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, discussions, and representations, whether oral or written.
6.2. ''Amendments:'' No amendment or consensual cancellation of this Agreement shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all Parties.
6.3. ''Severability:'' Should any provision of this Agreement be found by any competent court or authority to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement, which shall continue to be of full force and effect.
6.4. ''Costs:'' Each Party shall bear their own legal costs associated with the drafting and execution of this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly stated herein.
6.5. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
