GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

2. To make, execute, endorse, accept, and deliver all bills of exchange, promissory notes, checks, drafts, and other instruments in writing of every kind, nature, and description whatsoever.

3. To sell, convey, lease, mortgage, encumber, pledge, or otherwise deal with any real or personal property now owned or hereafter acquired by me, upon such terms and conditions as the Agent deems appropriate.

4. To manage generally all my affairs, whether relating to real estate, personal property, business, or otherwise, as fully as I myself could do.

5. To open and close bank accounts, deposit and withdraw funds, and conduct any banking transactions in my name.

6. To represent me in all legal proceedings, including but not limited to instituting or defending actions, entering into settlements, and employing legal counsel.

TERM AND REVOCATION

This Power of Attorney shall become effective on {{effective_date}} and shall remain in full force and effect until {{expiry_date}} or until expressly revoked by me in writing, whichever occurs first.

I reserve the right to revoke this Power of Attorney at any time by providing written notice to the Agent and to any third parties who have acted in reliance upon this instrument.
