GIFT DEED

This Deed of Gift is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}

BETWEEN:

{{donor_name}}, son/daughter of {{donor_father_name}}, residing at {{donor_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Donor”, which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof mean and include his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns) of the ONE PART.

AND

{{donee_name}}, son/daughter of {{donee_father_name}}, residing at {{donee_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Donee”, which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof mean and include his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS

1. The Donor is the absolute owner of the property more fully described in the Schedule hereunder (hereinafter referred to as the “Gifted Property”).

2. The Donor, out of natural love and affection for the Donee, desires to gift the Gifted Property to the Donee without any monetary consideration whatsoever.

3. The Donor is in a sound state of mind and is executing this Deed of Gift voluntarily and without any coercion, undue influence, or misrepresentation.

NOW, THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That in consideration of natural love and affection, the Donor doth hereby irrevocably and absolutely grant, convey, transfer, and assign unto the Donee, all rights, title, and interest in the Gifted Property, to hold the same unto the Donee absolutely and forever.

2. The Donor hereby declares that the Gifted Property is free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, mortgages, and demands whatsoever and that the Donor has full power and absolute authority to gift the same.

3. The Donor has on this day delivered the physical possession of the Gifted Property to the Donee, and the Donee has accepted the said gift.

SCHEDULE OF THE GIFTED PROPERTY

INDEMNITY

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Deed shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}.
