Parties

This Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Landlord: {{landlord_name}}, residing at/with principal place of business at {{landlord_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Landlord').

Property Details

The Landlord hereby agrees to let to the Tenant, and the Tenant hereby agrees to take from the Landlord, the residential property located at: {{property_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Property').

The Property consists of {{number_of_bedrooms}} bedrooms, {{number_of_bathrooms}} bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, and {{other_features}}.

Term of Agreement

Upon expiration of the initial term, this Agreement may be renewed by mutual written consent of both parties.

Rent and Deposit
