LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, {{testator_full_name}} (Identity Number: {{testator_id_number}}), residing at {{testator_address}}, in the city of {{testator_city}}, {{testator_country}}, hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament, revoking all former Wills and Codicils made by me.

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

I nominate and appoint {{executor_full_name}} (Identity Number: {{executor_id_number}}) of {{executor_address}} as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If {{executor_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to act, then I nominate and appoint {{alternate_executor_full_name}} (Identity Number: {{alternate_executor_id_number}}) of {{alternate_executor_address}} as alternate Executor.

My Executor shall have all such powers and authorities as are allowed by law, including the power to sell, alienate, mortgage, or dispose of any part of my estate as they deem fit, without the necessity of obtaining the consent of any beneficiary or court.

APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN

In the event that I should die whilst any of my minor children, namely {{child1_full_name}} (Date of Birth: {{child1_dob}}), {{child2_full_name}} (Date of Birth: {{child2_dob}}), etc., are still minors, I nominate and appoint {{guardian_full_name}} (Identity Number: {{guardian_id_number}}) of {{guardian_address}} as their Guardian. The Guardian shall have full control and custody of my minor children and shall be responsible for their upbringing, maintenance, and education until they attain the age of majority.

BEQUESTS

I give, devise, and bequeath the following specific assets to the named beneficiaries:

Should any of my children predecease me, their share shall pass to their descendants per stirpes (by representation), failing which, to my remaining children in equal shares.

TRUST FOR MINOR BENEFICIARIES

Should any beneficiary be a minor at the time of my death, their inheritance shall be held in trust by my Executor until such beneficiary attains the age of {{trust_age}} years. My Executor shall have the power to apply the whole or any part of the income or capital of such trust for the maintenance, education, or benefit of such minor beneficiary, at their sole discretion.

ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE

I direct that no heir, legatee, or beneficiary under this Will shall be required to furnish security for any benefit received by them.

I empower my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my death.

SUCCESSION

Should all the beneficiaries named in this Will predecease me, or fail to survive me for a period of 30 (thirty) days, then my entire estate shall devolve upon {{contingent_beneficiary_full_name}} (Relationship: {{contingent_beneficiary_relationship}}) of {{contingent_beneficiary_address}}.
