Dear Sir/Madam,

Notice of Revocation

Please be advised that I, {{guarantor_name}}, residing at {{guarantor_address}}, hereby formally revoke and terminate any and all Guaranty Agreements, whether oral or written, previously executed by me in favour of {{financial_institution_name}}, concerning the obligations of {{borrower_name}} (the "Borrower"), Account Number {{account_number}}.

This revocation is effective as of {{effective_date}} (the "Effective Date").

Cessation of Future Liability

I understand that this revocation shall not affect any obligations or liabilities that may have accrued prior to the Effective Date under the aforementioned Guaranty Agreement(s). However, I shall not be liable for any new extensions of credit, loans, advances, or other obligations incurred by the Borrower from the Effective Date onwards.

Any and all future obligations of the Borrower created after the Effective Date shall not be guaranteed by me, and I shall not be held responsible for their repayment or performance.

Return of Documents

I kindly request that you acknowledge receipt of this Revocation of Guaranty and provide written confirmation that my obligations as guarantor cease as of the Effective Date for all future liabilities. Furthermore, I request the return of any original guaranty documents reflecting my previous commitments.

Further Assurances

I agree to execute any additional documents that may be reasonably required to give full effect to this revocation.
