Storage Lease Agreement

This Storage Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'the Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

{{owner_company_name}}, with its principal place of business at {{owner_company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Lessor'), and

{{tenant_company_name}} (Registration Number: {{tenant_company_registration_number}}), with its principal place of business at {{tenant_company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Lessee').

The Lessor and Lessee are hereinafter collectively referred to as 'the Parties'.

Premises

The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor, a storage unit located at {{storage_unit_address}}, unit number {{storage_unit_number}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Storage Unit').

The Storage Unit shall be used solely for the purpose of storing personal or commercial property, as permitted by law, and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the Lessor.

Term

The term of this Agreement shall commence on {{start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{term_duration}} (e.g., months/years), expiring on {{end_date}}.

This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive terms of {{renewal_duration}} unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least {{notice_period_days}} days prior to the end of the then-current term.

Rent and Payment Terms

The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a monthly rental fee of {{currency}} {{rental_amount}} ({{rental_amount_words}}) due on the {{due_day}} day of each month, in advance, without demand.

Access to Storage Unit

The Lessee shall have access to the Storage Unit during the Lessor's normal business hours, which are {{access_start_time}} to {{access_end_time}} on {{access_days_of_week}}.

The Lessor shall provide the Lessee with {{number_of_keys}} key(s) or access card(s) for the Storage Unit. The Lessee is responsible for the security of such key(s) or access card(s) and for securing the Storage Unit.

Lessee's Responsibilities

The Lessee shall use the Storage Unit in a careful and lawful manner and shall not store any hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable goods, living organisms, or illegal items.

The Lessee shall keep the Storage Unit clean and in good condition and shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Storage Unit or the property of others due to the Lessee's negligence or misuse.

Lessor's Rights and Responsibilities

The Lessor shall maintain the overall structural integrity and common areas of the storage facility.

The Lessor reserves the right to enter the Storage Unit in case of emergency, to make necessary repairs, or to comply with law enforcement requests, provided reasonable notice is given to the Lessee where practicable.

The Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Lessee's property stored in the Storage Unit, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Lessor.

Insurance

The Lessee acknowledges that the Lessor does not provide insurance coverage for the Lessee's property stored in the Storage Unit.

The Lessee is strongly advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their stored property at their own expense.

Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of {{termination_notice_days}} days to the other Party.

The Lessor may terminate this Agreement immediately upon a material breach of the Agreement by the Lessee, including but not limited to, failure to pay rent, use of the Storage Unit for illegal purposes, or damage to the property.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
