UNLIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, {{principal_full_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Principal"), residing at {{principal_address}}, do hereby make, constitute and appoint {{agent_full_name}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Agent"), residing at {{agent_address}}, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead.

GRANT OF AUTHORITY

I hereby grant unto my said Agent full power and authority to do and perform every act, deed, matter, and thing whatsoever as I could do if personally present, including, but not limited to, the following specific powers:

1. To demand, sue for, recover, and receive all debts, dues, accounts, legacies, bequests, interests, dividends, annuities, and demands whatsoever, now due or that may hereafter become due and payable to me.

2. To make, draw, accept, endorse, discount, and negotiate all bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, and other negotiable instruments.

3. To buy, sell, exchange, mortgage, lease, hypothecate, or otherwise deal with any real or personal property or any interest therein, wherever situated, on such terms and conditions as the Agent deems fit.

4. To manage, operate, and control any business or businesses in which I may have an interest, and to perform all acts necessary or advisable in connection therewith.

5. To open, maintain, and close bank accounts of any kind, and to make deposits to and withdrawals from such accounts.

6. To engage in any and all transactions with financial institutions, including banks, investment firms, and insurance companies.

7. To institute, prosecute, defend, compromise, abandon, or appeal any actions, suits, or proceedings, whether civil, criminal, or administrative, in which I may be a party or otherwise interested.

8. To engage and discharge counsel, accountants, and other professionals for any purpose whatsoever.

9. To execute and deliver any and all deeds, contracts, agreements, instruments, and documents of every kind and nature whatsoever.

EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION

This Power of Attorney shall become effective on {{effective_date}} and shall remain in full force and effect until such time as it is revoked by me in writing, or upon my death or legal incapacity, whichever occurs first.

INDEMNIFICATION
