Payment Schedule Agreement

This Payment Schedule Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of {{effective_date}} by and between:

Purpose

Payment Method

Late Payments

Default

The Payee may also pursue any other remedies available under applicable law or the primary agreement.

Early Payment

The Payer may make payments in advance of the scheduled due dates without penalty. Early payment discounts, if any, will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the payment schedule and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
